What exactly is Coach Lefty?
A Madden franchise league operations assistant for commissioners. It coordinates EA data with Discord and app-preview workflows for advance week, scheduling, game channels, reminders, trade review, recruiting, and recurring league content.
Is this another commissioner website to maintain?
No. The product direction is Discord plus the Coach Lefty app. The app is still beta/preview while release QA finishes; browser pages remain for public League Community discovery and required account, billing, legal, and EA connection handoffs.
Can I try it alongside our current bot?
Yes. The guided installer offers a permission-enforced Shadow trial mode with restricted Discord permissions, so you can evaluate Coach Lefty beside an existing tool before enabling full automation.
Can Coach Lefty change my EA franchise?
No. Coach Lefty reads the selected EA franchise data for imports and workflows; it does not modify the EA franchise. Imports are designed to be safe to run again.
Do you promise a specific amount of time saved or retention lift?
No. Results depend on league size, enabled workflows, EA availability, and commissioner use. We show product behavior and public trust methodology; stronger customer outcome proof will be added only when real, permissioned evidence exists.
Does Coach Lefty require Administrator permission?
No Administrator permission is required. Coach Lefty requests granular permissions for game channels, team roles, messages, webhooks, and nicknames used by enabled workflows. A Shadow trial can start with restricted permissions, and imported league data is used only for enabled workflows.
What if EA disconnects or an import fails?
EA-dependent workflows surface their connection and import state instead of inventing fresh data. Discord and app-preview recovery actions guide the commissioner through reconnecting, retrying, or choosing an allowed fallback.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The 30-day refund terms for a league’s first Premium charge are stated above and in the Terms.
