Terms of Service
By using FranchiseHQ and the Coach Lefty Discord bot, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
You need to be old enough to have a Discord account and an EA account in good standing. Don't use the service to violate Discord, EA, or Madden ToS.
Account & access
- You're responsible for everything that happens in a Discord guild where you've installed Coach Lefty.
- Commissioners are responsible for invite/role management within their leagues.
- We may revoke access for guilds that abuse the service (spam, harassment, scraping, evasion of EA ToS).
EA Companion connection
FranchiseHQ uses EA's Madden Companion App APIs to read league data with credentials you provide. You're responsible for ensuring your use complies with EA's terms. We don't endorse, modify, or interfere with EA's gameplay or commerce systems.
Billing & cancellation
- Premium is $6.99 USD per league, per month (or $59 USD per league, per year — save 30%), billed via Stripe.
- Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a charge is disputed we may pause Premium features for the affected league until resolved.
- We don't offer refunds on partial months, but if the service is materially broken we'll work it out — email coachlefty42@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated load-testing, or attempts to read other leagues' data.
- No re-selling Coach Lefty access.
- No using AI features to generate hateful, sexual, or harassing content.
Disclaimer of warranty
FranchiseHQ is provided "as is." We work to keep things up, but EA's APIs change, Discord has outages, and AI providers occasionally have bad days. We don't guarantee specific uptime numbers or that any AI output will be factually correct.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FranchiseHQ's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 30 days for the affected league.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll post a notice and give 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
