Delete your Coach Lefty account data
Use the in-app control when it is available in your installed app version, or email us from any device. You do not need to keep the app installed to make a request.
If your installed version does not show the Delete account option yet, use the email request below. We will not ask for your Discord password, OAuth token, EA password, or payment card details.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open Coach Lefty and sign in with the Google or Discord account whose Coach Lefty data you want deleted.
- On the signed-in Connection card, scroll to Delete Coach Lefty account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the deletion summary and complete the confirmation shown in the app.
The app will show whether the request completed or needs support. If you cannot sign in, the app is unavailable, or the control is not present in your version, use the email path.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address you want us to use for the request. Include the Google email used to sign in and, if linked, your Discord username or user ID plus the league or server name. Do not include passwords or tokens.
Email an account deletion request
If needed, we may ask you to verify control of the Discord account before deleting account-linked records. We generally complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to the exceptions below.
What the request covers
- Coach Lefty and FranchiseHQ account records directly associated with your Google or Discord sign-in identity.
- Personal preferences, mobile device tokens, push subscriptions, and account-linked notification records.
- Personal content that can be deleted without compromising another user's records, or de-identification where shared league history needs to remain accurate.
An account deletion request does not delete your Discord, EA, Apple, Google, or Stripe account. You can separately revoke Coach Lefty in Discord or EA account settings and disable device notifications.
Information we may retain
We may retain or de-identify limited records when reasonably needed for shared league history, billing or tax obligations, fraud and security prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms. Copies can remain temporarily in restricted backups, logs, or provider systems until ordinary rotation completes. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you may also remain.
League-wide deletion
Removing your account does not automatically delete a Discord server's shared league data for every member. An authorized commissioner can email coachlefty42@gmail.com to request deletion of guild-wide league data. We will verify commissioner authority before acting.
