These items describe the checked-in candidate after merge. They do not claim that an exact SHA has reached staging or production.

Commissioner storefront

The public shell, pricing, product narratives, League Finder, and governed proof placeholders share one commissioner-first conversion contract.

Server-derived funnel truth

Installation, exact-league setup, EA import, delivered automation, billing, and retention reporting use server evidence instead of browser success screens.

Fail-closed public evidence

Unapproved screenshots, customer stories, counters, and outcome claims stay unavailable until their registry records satisfy consent and proof gates.

No fake dates

Unscheduled work stays directional. Dated promises are reserved for work with a real release path.

No fake proof

Testimonials, activity counts, and customer examples only go public when they are real and permissioned.

Commissioners first

Roadmap priority goes to setup clarity, league reliability, Discord workflow, billing trust, and member engagement.
