Launch Setup checklist

A single support-friendly reference for first-time commissioners. Use it to identify where setup stopped, send the right existing page, and avoid promising work the current product does not do automatically.

Support quick triage

Confirm where they are. Ask whether they are on Launch Setup, the Setup Recovery Center, Launch checks, Exports, Billing, or Discord.
Confirm access. They need to be signed in with the Discord account that can manage the league server.
Confirm the blocker. Separate bot invite, EA connection, first import, channel/role setup, billing/Premium, or member handoff.
Confirm evidence. If an error page shows a Support ID, copy it before asking them to retry.

Commissioner path

Launch Setup steps

Confirm Discord access Commissioner can sign in from web and select the Discord server they manage.
Open Launch Setup Use /setup-wizard for the guided first-run path, not a one-off support script.
Invite Coach Lefty Bot invite and Discord permissions stay in the setup flow. Support should not ask for server credentials.
Connect EA export EA connect and reconnect are handled by the existing setup/export surfaces. If it loops or times out, capture the exact page and Support ID.
Run first import First import should make league data visible before asking owners to use standings, schedules, recaps, or member tools.
Review the Setup Recovery Center Use /setup-cockpit for launch status, EA health, settings, channels, roles, billing, and next action context.
Open launch checks Use /activation for the current launch checklist and next best action after setup.
Hand off owners Send owners to the dashboard, teams, league, and command center only after the commissioner sees imported league data.

Current boundaries

What this checklist does not do

No database writes: this page cannot change settings, teams, roles, channels, billing, or league state.
Public reference: support can share this page before the commissioner has completed login.
No Premium grant: billing or Premium mismatches should be handled through existing Billing/support paths.
No EA token work: EA connect/reconnect stays in Launch Setup, Exports, and the receiver-backed setup flow.

Escalation

Escalate when

Discord login succeeds but the managed server never appears.
EA reconnect completes but Exports still shows no usable league data.
First import reports success but dashboard, standings, or schedule remain empty.
Billing or Premium state blocks launch and the commissioner says they already paid.
A write action timed out and the page says mutation status is unknown.

Use one message that points to the next product surface and one piece of evidence to collect.

Start at /setup-wizard. If you already finished the guided flow, open /setup-cockpit, then /activation. If anything fails, send the page name, Discord server, league name, and Support ID.
